If your practice has fallen by the wayside despite your good intentions, never fear! I'm running a mid-week Meditation Refresher Course over 2 evenings of Thursday 9th and 23rd of November 7-9pm.
Over two Thursdays, I'll be revisiting the toolbox of breaths from the initial course and two of the meditations which would best support and offer inspiration for your meditation practice at this time. I will also be offering individual support within the small group setting. You can expect to walk away with a renewed focus and vigor for your personal meditation practice and two new meditation techniques, specific to this refresher course. Cost £30.
If you are unable to attend any evening or would like the recordings of any of the evening sessions, these are available at £12 per session.
