Join me at this enlightening workshop into the deeper yogic practices of pranayama (breath techniques), honing your concentration and yogic approach to meditation. Yogic approach is a scientific technique to meditation: change the breath to change the brainwaves, then meditation on our divine nature within. You'll also learn how to transfer a yogic (sattvic) approach to our daily lives.
