As part of Great West Yoga Fest, this free workshop allows you to experience the Yogic approach to meditation & find out how this differs from mindfulness etc.
Yoga isn't just toning exercise and mastering difficult postures. Yoga is a scientific series of breath practices which change the brainwaves to be more conducive to bringing a calmness for deeper mental focus and meditation. Yogic Meditation focuses on clearing karma and journeying up the astral spine.

Jenny Light is a highly experienced yogi of 40 years, inspirational speaker, healer and author of ' Divine Meditations : 26 Spiritual Qualities of the Bhagavad Gita'. She teaches yogic meditation in Kilmarnock, The Glasgow Theosophical Society and online, as well as running regular courses and retreats.
