Yoga isn't just toning exercise and mastering difficult postures. Yoga is a scientific series of breath practices which change the brainwaves to be more conducive to bringing a calmness for deeper mental focus and meditation. Yogic Meditation focuses on clearing karma and journeying up the astral spine.
In this introductory workshop, Jenny will lead you to experience some of the deeper aspects of yoga through a simple, achievable practice and is available to answer your questions.

Jenny Light is a highly experienced yogi of 40 years, inspirational speaker, healer and author of 'Divine Meditations : 26 Spiritual Qualities of the Bhagavad Gita'( Mantra Books, Jan 2019) and her autobiographical 'Living Lightly: a Journey Through Chronic Fatigue Syndrome M.E.' (Ayni Books 2015). Jenny is a Dru Yoga teacher who also specialises in Scaravelli Yoga. She teaches yogic meditation in Ayrshire & Glasgow, running regular courses, workshops and retreats the length of UK.
This workshop is a forerunner for a more intensive day of Yogic Meditation on Sat 30th June at the same venue.
