The 4 Month Distance Learning Course

The basic course is designed to develop focus of the mind, discernment of ego and higher self and to learn tools which can be used to bring calm in everyday life. Beginners are taught how to establish and maintain their own meditation practice. 

Course notes plus recorded teaching via MP3 or CD format every two weeks, with a scheduled one-to-one mentoring by Jenny via phone or Skype (30 minutes). 

Once accepted on the course, I will contact you regarding a start date for the course and for the mentoring calls.
